Community Call | RECAP | August 25

We hosted our community call on August 25 to get feedback on testnet and also give out updates to the community.

Testnet feedback

While we received tons of feedback on the dapp, most of the feedback was repeated. With this in consideration, we’re including feedback from two users which covers most of the feedback.

User: Maaz

Feedback:

1. Unipilot is choosing the optimal price range but the fee tier selection is purely on the user. It’s good to provide some stats for the fee tiers(for example percentage of liquidity in each fee tier pool, something similar to Uniswap v3)

Response:
We have taken this into consideration and on our next release of dapp, the fee tier will get auto-selected based on the liquidity on Uniswap.

2. There must be some number that represents the APR on your liquidity returns using the Pilot protocol, since Pilot protocol auto select the price range there should be some convincing APR number that makeup users' minds use the auto-adjusted feature of Unipilot instead of custom range on Uniswap.

Response:
The development team is working on building a sub-graph that will start showing APY for every pool.

User: Mission

Feedback:

The balances don't auto-refresh, I tested this a few times. If I am trying to balance a pair and have to add some of another coin, go to uniswap, buy it, then come back. . . I'll have to refresh and re-add the pairs in the unipilot UI. Would be nice if it refreshed automatically.

Response:
This has been implemented and will go live on the next release.

2. Would be nice if you suggested a fee tier when creating a pair, like "0.3% is the largest pool" or something. Potentially I missed something regarding this, as maybe I didn't try adding to a new pool or something. But could help for ease-of-use.

Revamped UI

After getting feedback from the test users, we are completely revamping the UI. While this is not necessary we feel that this will greatly improve the user experience.

Unipilot Grand Community Call

We will be hosting our Unipilot Grand Community call next week.
In this call, we will announce mainnet and competition dates along with 10 other updates.
This will give a clear roadmap to the community and it shows what we have been working on for the past month.
This is going to be exciting.
